输煤通廊焊接球节点空间钢管桁架的锈蚀检测及加固修复

Inspection and strengthening of the Space Steel Truss with Ball-Welded Joints with Corrosion

摘要: 针对服役16年的输煤通廊焊接球节点空间钢桁架的锈蚀损伤现状进行了检测,得到杆件截面平均锈蚀深度和杆件锈蚀程度的分布规律。根据检测结果,经计算知锈蚀杆件的承载力已出现明显的下降,无法满足安全承载要求。结合现场实际情况制定了杆件加大截面和置换的加固修复方案,并在加固施工时实施顶升卸荷和施工监控等措施。利用动测法分别得到了加固前、后的钢桁架动力特性参数实测值,为评价加固效果提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract: The inspection of the corrosion damage situation of steel pipe truss structure with ball-welded joints was launched, corrosion depth of steel pipe and corrosion distribution was captured .According to inspection results, the capacity of bars was so significantly reduced that met the demand of capacity. the repair plan of using section increment and replace bars was put , Unloading and construction supervision control was be used. The dynamic characteristic of prerestorative and postrestorative steel pipe truss structure was tested by dynamic testing ,to offer reliable foundations for the assessment of strengthening effect
